Lysock View Complex

FROM THE EAST
From Route 220/Interstate 180 -- Traveling West take the first Exit (East Third St.) after crossing Loyalsock Creek. Immediately turn left (East) toward Montoursville on East Third St. Proceed to the second traffic signal, turn left (North on the Warrensville Road). Continue 1.7 miles and turn right onto County Farm Road. (You'll see Nursing and Personal Care Homes on corner.) Go to the T in the road, turn left to the former County Home (Lysock View Complex). Enter front of building on the south side where the pillars are. Go to Suite 206

FROM THE WEST
From Route 220/Interstate 180 -- Traveling East towards Montoursville, exit on the Montoursville/Warrensville Exit. At the second traffic signal turn left onto Warrensville Road. Continue 1.7 miles and turn right onto County Farm Road. (You'll see Nursing and Personal Care Homes on corner.) Go to the T in the road, turn left to the former County Home (Lysock View Complex). Enter front of building on the south side where the pillars are. Go to Suite 206
